Bidra med feedbackStayed the night here and had a decent room. The restaurant has a nice indoor area and an open air section undercover where we sat. The terrine starters (with some foie gras in the centre) were decent sized and tasty. Lamb cutlet main courses were top quality. Desserts were equally good the lemon meringue pie equivalent was light and vibrant. The chocolate fondant with violet ice cream was excellent and colourful! We left the patron to chose us a local red wine as we knew little about wines from this area. He didn't disappoint us. The Grand Moulin was good and reasonably priced.
We went to the restaurant ithout a reservation and not staying in the hotel. That seemed a bit of a surprise for the staff. We decided to take the € 32,00 menu. The starters were excellent and surprising. Really tasty. Big difference on the main course. The guinea fowl and chorizo lacked a bit of spiciness, the pasta on the side was unseasoned. The salmon on the other side of the table displayed the same flaw: no seasoning. The desserts varied in succes: the raosted peach was a real treat, the crème catalane was a bit boring. Overall: the food was decent, but for 32 euros you can find better in and around Narbonne.
Very well received at the hotel and in the restaurant. everything is made to be comfortable.

EXCELLENT BASE FOR EXPLORING CORBIERES REGION, AUF A'ROUTE. GOOD POOL. MENU COULD BE MEHR VARIED BUT PLEASANT STAFF. EMPFEHLUNGEN
