Stonewood Grill Tavern - Ormond Beach

Tanger location is much better. Management/GM in Ormond Beach are very rude, literally don’t care.

We visited Stonewood Grill and Tavern in Ormond Beach for the first time to celebrate my in-laws anniversary. Reservations were made online, a very easy process. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 23 years in NYC so my review is based on extensive experience and an eye for detail in this very tough industry. The food was very good in all respects as we all had different entrees. However the service was not, through no fault of our server. We ordered drinks for a celebratory toast and appetizers. The appetizers came before our drinks, a big faux pas and my wife’s special cocktail arrived 5 minutes after everyone else’s drinks…not good. When the entrees arrived my dinner was missing the fries which when delivered went to another table who had just been seated before the server even arrived. This reflects poorly on management regarding training,organization and communication. Very easy to fix but must first be recognized and addressed. We hope to return. Steve

I was on vacation in the area and stopped by Stonewood my server Laurie was the absolute best. She was very insightful and well rounded on the menu options. SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE!!!! I will be making the 3hr drive again, Thank you so much Laurie.!!!!

Our server Chris King was awesome. Very friendly, quick to bring you what you requested and knew about what the restaurant serves.

First time here it was wonderful. Ahi tuna appetizer was enough for 2 people. Chicken Pot pie was excellent. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
