Wild Wing - Orleans

Got served by the manager Josh tonight, best experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back, all of the staff were super friendly when interacting with them, especially Alex B.

The restaurant was extremely cold and my appetizer arrived after my main course because I had to remind them about it. Furthermore, the appetizer they brought was incorrect. There were no apologies and no effort made to rectify the situation, even though the restaurant was not very busy.

Wings always good. Fries cold. Service sucked. Empty beers, no cutlery, manager looks lost.

Overall a very good first experience eating at Wild Wings. There was only 1 server and 1 cook for a Saturday lunch service which seemed odd. Service was a bit slow due to this. We weren’t in a rush so it was fine. I found the prices to be super reasonable for the size of meals. If you shared the duo wings there would be more than enough for two people to share and would equal about $20 each with tax tip. There are a ton of wing sauces to choose from. The fries were well seasoned. The chicken was very good quality with a good crisp to it. The wings were large but not fatty which was great. Overall would return.
