Swiss Chalet Rotisserie Grill - Orleans

I was disappointed with the presentation of my sweet heat salad. The service was attentive, but the server kept reaching in front of people, which was distracting. In addition, having a long table doesn't mean we want to pass every plate down from one end. There is definitely room for improvement. Overall, I would rate the experience a 5 out of 10.

Why are you all complaining so much? It's just food. If there's an issue, just send it back and they will replace it. It's not a big deal. And so what if the server's hand was in front of your face while serving? What else is she supposed to do, make the food appear on your table magically? People need to relax and stop being so negative. This is a great restaurant that truly cares about its customers. Ottawa is full of people who have too much time on their hands and like to complain.

Three stars simply because the waitresses were amazing and eating was delicious. the young girl who greeted us at the door did not even know what was a high chair. I advised her that there was no soap in the washrooms, her answer was “I know”.... fortunately there was a sanitizer at the recipe. we all used the washrooms before leaving the restaurant and there were no soap in the donators. independent of our COVID state, not to have sofe in a restaurant washroom, is at the bottom right cuddly. as said, the stars are for the waiters, (which hopefully washed their hands).

I didn't get the opportunity to eat here, but I wanted to come and thank two workers who helped us on Saturday after the storm! We turned out to plaza because of a drag-in noise from our car and when we got out, we realized that our bumper was hanging. we believe that the water pressure must have caused damage when we drove through a part of the road that was easily flooded. a young lady I wish we had asked her names, got our car to help us put a tree out of the way. then she searched orléans for zips or string, but unfortunately everything was closed and quarreling, went into her workstation (swiss chalet) and returned with a man and string. they have tied up our bumper together. we visited our city and had to leave Saturday night, so this was a great help for us! we appreciate the care of these two employees and the next time we are in ottawa, we know where they eat!
