Empreinte Hotel - Orléans

From Orléans, I was looking for a 3 or 4-star hotel. A bit hesitant during my reservation, I was finally pleasantly surprised. Very spacious room even for a standard room. A nice welcome, the top was the bar side with a choice of interesting cocktails, a very friendly bartender and to finish a room quality services. Thank you. Rooms: 5

Perfect staff hotel well located nice room, if one thing was to review, the maintenance and maintenance of various spaces in the room a mirror foot completely disembosed (dangerous) , in the SPA the painting of the walls falls due to the humidity, the handles of the hammam and sauna no longer hold , these are small details that should not exist in a hotel of this standing.

Being in the aesthetic field I am very surprised at this big lack of hygiene in a spa hotel. The toilet is the same. A large cleaning or upgrade is expected. It's very bad. Service: 1

We booked for the spa, 25 minutes late or we had to wait. We arrive, a deplorable hygiene (wc to vomit) The spa room is not at all maintained, mold etc. I didn’t see the rooms but I don’t want to discover I would like to thank the person at the reception who gave us a financial gesture for the inconvenience. I do not recommend at all, at least the booking for the spa!

We've been coming to this hotel four times. We are always so satisfied. We had a great welcome from the staff who are very reactive, benevolent and caregivers. We were contacted beforehand to warn us that streets could be blocked to circulate with our vehicle. We were able to relax in the private spa area. The rooms are very beautiful, clean and soundproofed (we had 4 different ones). We thank you and hope to be able to return next year.
