Boci Ben’s Philly Cheese Street Food Orléans 100% Maison

If I could put 4.5, I will. I was there tonight with my son and we celebrated on homemade bread, crispy fresh fries and mellow houses! Very good quality meat... everything is very good and well served. I don’t put 5 stars because this super quality is spoiled by industrial sauces in small bags placed on the tables it’s really bad! Philly cheese and fries would have been considerably sublimated by a good home mayo, a bbq sauce or a sweet mustard home sauce! I came home to 100% proudly exposed and I'm a little disappointed on this point. Small onion pickles would also please me, they would have added a few small sandwich pips (but it’s my little greedy side that speaks ah ah ah) The heat was really good for him, the bread was just a pure pleasure
