Smashburger - Orlando

It is a Burger shop. might use some work that digital menu cards didn't work. the country leading to the front door waits tetanus. we had friendly service and eating came out quickly. only reason was not 5 the countries and menus

I don't recommend going here. If you go into you, you need to order online although they still register and a person who could take your order. In addition, our order came wrong. The same quality of food as a bargain or Burger King. You could better help in one of those places.

Unfortunately, it looks like the pandemic is not great for this place. I usually don't write any negative reviews, but since this is in my neighborhood, I want to warn others that the dining room is dirtyer than a truck stop. The walls and floors are all stained. None of the counters were wiped. Half of the menu screens were broken and menus were greasy and slim. I didn't dare to check the toilets. It wasn't that bad pre pandemic, but at this point it could be good for a refurbishment or another tenant for this place.

If I were the health department, I would close the store to the dirty floors. Mildew on coke machine. Mustache on the ground under drink bar and water that emerges under the fountain bar. No napkins for customers. smells like mildew. You smile. Burger-Back was wet and soggy. Fries was cold. She said she'd bring us more fries. Ten minutes later, after Burger finished. Staff on personal telephone register n touching pommes and food. Cross-contamination. Do not recommend this place at all.

Accommodating customer service. Fresh ingredients. You can get a manager's special for $10, including a classic burger with options, fries or tots, and a refillable beverage. I recommend the smash fries, which are specially seasoned. Next time I want to try one of the Haagen Dazs shakes.
