I always enjoy my meals at Panera. However, the delivery was over 20 minutes late this time.

I placed my order at 8:45, and by 9:45, my delivery driver sent me a photo saying they were still waiting for my food. Eventually, they delivered it, but the meal was disappointing. It tasted stale, and my order was incorrect. Instead of the Frozen Caramel Cold Brew I requested, I received something chocolate-flavored. My bagel was very thin, not sliced, and not toasted. As a semi-truck driver, it's not easy for me to find food, so this was particularly frustrating. Additionally, the bread for my sandwich was hard. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the experience.

I absolutely love going to Panera Bread, especially because they have my favorite bagels! It's the highlight of my morning!
