Mcdonald's - Orlando

I don't even live in Orlando, but while I visited, I had a sour-ice cheese to drink with an ice-cold milk and it was AMAZING!!!

Being this close to Disney Springs and a boatload of hotels... this location stays packed and busy. We went for a quick bite for breakfast so it wouldn 't take up to much time in the day. We loved the digital screens to place our order. It should be the most efficient and error free way to place your order. When we got back to the room, our order was slightly wrong... but only by quantity. There was a missing burrito. Fortunately, there was still enough food to feed everyone. The staff was excellent. Great customer service personalities. The burgers were delicious and the pommes were right.

We travel across the country in our camper. We often make McDonald's stops for lunch. I love the kiosks and delivered the food to our table. The restaurants that have this system where you are waiting for your number to be called is the most inefficient and annoying way to serve customers. I wish all franchises were as nice and friendly as you.

Polite! I'm so big on restaurant workers bring polite, and this McDonald's scores big! Three times in three days with our boys while visiting Orlando. Food is hot, our orders accurate each time. Pleasantly surprised, as our local McDonald's in SC scored very low with me. Picture is from Sunday night after 11. Cars lines up around the building and past their dumpster. But the lines moved, and they're so polite on the speaker box! Hat's off for a great job! Stopped and chatted with one of the managers. She said every night is like this. My wife is a GM at a restaurant in SC. They have no idea what busy is, compared to this! Hated to hear this location is closing due to the interstate expansion. McDonald's, offer them jobs at other locations. This crew will continue to serve you well!
