Hot N Juicy Crawfish - Orlando

We ate at this restaurant 4 years ago and then today and the quality of the seafood has gone down significantly. We have a large group here in Florida for vacation. There were some of us who were trying Hot and Juicy for the first time and were excited to try this out. Sad to say the meal left us hungry, disappointed and worried for our health. We ordered $200 worth of food takeout for 8 adults on a Sunday for 7 PM pickup. The shrimp was NOT fresh. There were black dots onthe shrimp and the texture was soft and mushy. We thought only the first couple of shrimp would have this texture and it ended up being at least 90% of the bag. Seemed like we were eating thawed and refrozen shrimp that had been refrozenmultiple times. It was not Hot and Juicy and did not own up to the hype poor quality. The crawfish was frozen we knew that going in and ordered a smaller amount at least the sauce was better than the shrimp. The fried food wasbetter. This experience ruined our first takeout dinner in Florida. Don 't waste your stomach or health on this joint. When we called about the issue, the manager said we would have to drop the food off to get our money back. Time wastedin the car 80 mins with traffic so far. Avoid this location the seafood is NOT fresh and is a safety hazard for your family. What a disappointing experience!

The place the clean and friendly. I originally got the lemon pepper in my seafood bag but it didn't have spice or flavor. I got of garlic sauce with medium kick and it was on point. Will never get lemon pepper again.

On Saturday for lunch and where Nicole serves. She was fantastic! Guided by the menu with ease. My friend got the Wels-Poboy and it looked great. All boiled seafood were fresh and the sauce was perfect. Samantha made me a squid ink cocktail on site! I wish we took photos of food, but it was too good and forgot to grab some before everything was done.

Service was great! Great teamwork from all employees. The food was great. Our first time, but not the last time.

Great flavor! I've eaten here in Vegas and Orlando. Both times were great! Get the Hot N Juicy flavor and turn up the heat level if that's your thing. Go and go again
