Haven - Orlando

We had brunch there on New Year’s Day, we were only one of about 5 tables there at 11am. It took 30 minutes to even place our order, then the coffee cup and creamer container had nastiness on it. I had to ask 3x to get my coffee refilled. Food Took >45min to arrive, I asked for salt and pepper and never got it (I had eggs that were unseasoned). The price for what you get is outrageous. Highly DO NOT recommend.

We went for their NYE event. Food was delicious and our server was very nice. Beautiful decor and great music.

The appetizers took more thank 30 minutes to arrive

Our food was delicious, the ambiance was awesome, the violinist was great and the staff were attentive. What we didn't like and why we rated it a 4 is that we did not appreciate how rude a manager was speaking to a server next to our table. I understand that NYE was stressful for many restaurants however, that was uncalled for.

We love haven and are regular in the round. we were there two times in 1 week so they should say something. we love bryan and ask him when he works. he is very knowledgeable and professional, but also very relatiw. he even remembers our favorite wine. not our goal if we have friends and family in the city. we are fans!
