Chipotle Mexican Grill - Orlando

Customer service amazing.... don't eat so well. I made an online order and the portions were extremely reduced, salad and beans looked like they counted how many they were placed in the bowl, with rice and carnitas. So basically I pay more for less. I don't think I'm gonna pay back to Chipotle $10 for half what I got earlier.

That must be the WORST CHIPOTLE I was all. You don?t greeting went directly to what they DON?T have NO Guacamole Never has the vinaigrette ever and no and something else they said, turn me off to even consider buying something there. I drove another 15 minutes to the next Chipotle to ensure a better service. I'm a store manager who understands customer service and how you talk to people. This place has no inviting reception ever come?

I usually really enjoy eating to Chipotle, but this last time I went in the door 3 minutes after my order should be ready for pickup and not only was it not ready, but there was another customer also waiting. So, the boy who seemed to be responsible, tells the other child to help the people in the line while talking to purple in the register. I already knew people didn't stop coming, so it took another 15 minutes to get my order. Why did I preorder? If I hadn't already paid, I would have picked up the line and got my food faster. I don't order.

This is unfortunately the closest chips to my house. No matter how often I complain about the abuse and mistakes that this location never changes. Management is long overdue for a change because this is the worst restaurant nearby. My husband picks up the order I send (I order about 3-4 times a week) and I send him the screenshots of my order with my name and what I ordered. Every time this is a specific worker (Junge Schwarzer), he gives my husband a hard time. Every time he asks him who it is, and my husband shows the evidence. Today the same man was back and asked my husband if he had a proof of identification. Can Chipotle even ask for ID? This worker doesn't serve alcohol or something. The guy has to calm down and not harass my husband because he makes it useful. I'm pretty sure if the same guy comes every week with the same exact order and the name of the order, you'd stop harassing and questioning him every time.

Actual rating 3.9. Its not bad, not great. Staff here are competent but sad and grumpy looking. Food is very salty. Here is a trick to avoid that. The salt is in everything but the meat, cheese, guacamole and lettuce. I bring my own store bought salsa. Makes it less salty by a ton. If you look at the sodium content of their pico online your heart will skip a beat so don't get it.
