Bidra med feedbackGood chipotle quality and surprisingly normal pricing for an airport location. I like to eat healthy(ish) when traveling and there are only so many sandwiches and salads a girl can handle.
I wanted to give this one star because I have had a poor experience here for the last 3 consecutive visits, but I will say that 90% of the crew here are very hardworking which is why I'm giving it two stars. HOWEVER, they are typically EXTREMELY stingy with the protein serving sizes. Regardless of what time you go, you can be first in the restaurant, during the dinner rush or near closing time and they will still barely give you half a scoop of meat even if the container is overflowing full! Half a scoop of a protein is NOT a single serving. I constantly have to ask for double protein at this location to get a decent portion size which I refuse to do anymore and have to pay! Keep in mind I am a 35 year old male that's 5'9 and 165 pounds so it's not like I'm expecting a bodybuilder's serving size! Go to First Watch or él Cafetal instead. You'll get a much larger serving of meat and it's just as clean a dish! I recommend the pesto chicken bowl from First Watch or the steak and onions from Cafetal when they have it!
After waiting for about 5 min. and moving to the front of the line, an announcement was made that they had to stop serving customers in line due to a large online order. I was a little confused because there were 7 employees. I could not understand why we couldn 't be served with 7 associates behind the counter. It was repeated we have 10 mins. to complete the online order and they are a priority because they paid . I was really shocked. One guy in the back counted down the minutes as the staff was stressed and trying to move as fast as they could. I want make it clear, they were nice and polite. I am just shocked that your policy requires staff to stop serving customers in the location to complete and online order. There has be a better way to proceed with both. There were enough employees to have at least one helping customers waiting. I feel bad for the staff as they were doing what they had to with the guy in the back counting down which only stressed them out more. Food was falling everywhere making the place look messy and dirty. Management should really look into this rule. Even when there was a line of over 10 waiting, someone just yelled Sorry it 's going to be a really long time. We have a large order . Customers were walking out but no one was able to help because they HAD to prioritize online orders.
If you want half sized bowls and a long wait time, you should definitely visit this chipotle. Now you have to pay around $30+ for 2 steak bowls and they fill them half way, if that. It's ridiculous. The inconsistency in their portions are out of this world, I come here almost daily and yesterday I got a full bowl, that I even had left overs. Today I got less than half a bowl, proof in the picture. Do NOT come here if you want something worth your money.
Rude workers. Seemed like they didn't want to be there. Portions were smaller than other chipotle's in the area.
