I had an excellent coffee sitting at a table in this chocolate bar located inside the Oriocenter shopping center next to Orio al Serio airport. Staff friendly enough even if a little distracted and good prices

Bad experience!! I took my sister to this mall telling her how big and wonderful it was, but apparently I went to the wrong place for breakfast. The prices displayed are changed if you are served at the table, I really spent a lot for a truly terrible service and from two sullen and unpleasant sales assistants! I sent my daughter to the counter to ask for a straw and the girl in front of her continued to wash things from the sink without even sparing her a glance. I really regret stopping here!! I'll remember, next time I come I'll skip your place immediately!!!!

We are not. We ordered an ice cream, an affogato, two cakes and a pastry. We headed to this place because to remedy an inconvenience created by a jewelry store for purchasing wedding rings (also part of the shopping center), we were offered the drink. The staff is friendly, but not up to par. We were served food that was borderline inedible. I'm not talking so much about the cakes and pastries, but about the products prepared by the staff. Even though I had taken an ice cream cup mixed with flavors as an example, I received a cup ONLY of very heavy cocoa ice cream and not even good, with a bottom of INEDIBLE crunchy crumble full of butter and very hard! Pistachio grains non-existent! White chocolate and pistachio chocolate ice cream, not received. Only cocoa chocolate which wasn't even expected. Drowned ditto. Just very heavy cocoa chocolate. They just tasted like that apparently. We will not return and will not recommend. I'm just sorry that it was offered to us and whoever wanted to make a nice gesture will pay for something that wasn't up to par. The costs are not worth the service. I'm sorry because I know the chain and I haven't received this service elsewhere.
