They are rectifying the issue so I am changing the review to 3 stars. Before today this location was always my favourite, it was close to me, fast and has great staff. Today I got my drink, paid and realized after the fact that the drive thru attendant applied $4 to my bill as a tip. I did not apply the tip myself. I added proof of the total cost, what I paid and what I ordered. Truly a shame.

Went through drive thru no one ahead of us and no cars behind us..at first we wondered if they were even open...they were, so we ordered our usual 2 Grande flat whites one with 2 raw sugar one without . extra hot , well stirred and cinnamon on top. And two egg white bites with sriracha. We received our order drove off and a few miles down the road discovered. The egg bites had no sriracha..both coffees had NO sugar And only one of them had a tiny spot of cinnamon on top..and both were mostly foam! Too late to go back, but next time we go by I'll be going in to have a word...it's not like they were too busy to get this simple order right. So expensive now, a rare treat for us..pissed!
