Osmows Shawarma - Orillia

Service was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The food was under par. The rice was a mix between cooked and uncooked, the falafel had crunchy pieces (like egg shells) and the meal altogether was off on flavor.

Got the chicken veggie combo with garlic sauce, no hot sauce. This is regular size fir $15, could only eat half of it. So good!

Simply amazing quality and serving sizes for your money wild highly recommend. The lamb and rice shawarma was exquisite and so flavorful.

Service was decent and really fast. Food tasted great and prices were reasonable. If you want healthy food on the go. It's a great place to stop.

Second visit. asked for no spice on falafel Ozbox and emphasized that I didn't want ANY hot sauce. my food came with hot sauce. I told the server that I didnt order hot sauce....he used s spoon to skim off the sauce! and replaced it with a garlic/mayo but on eating it I found it very spicy and ended up barely able to finish my meal. Expensive too at almost $40...and this happened to me on a previous experience. The servers don't pay attention to the orders on their screen. Will NOT be returning!
