We went to this place for tasty frozen Blizzards and we were not disappointed. They had the tasty frozen Blizzards and we acquired exactly the tasty frozen Blizzards that we were seeking. One of our number was disappointed at the lack of Nutella, buthe enjoyed his Blizzard anyway. We highly recommend this place if you would like a delicious cold dessert after a nice walkoutside.

Me and two friends were eating burgers and we and my besties ate our burgers and the the 3rd friends showed us the mood he discovered and now Hours later I feel super sick before and after my nap. Plus one employee is always seems like she hates meand my friend even listening in our conversation. I wasn?t gonna say anything if wasn?t for hours later of eating it I alreadythrew up and feel super sick still

As for my order, I requested a double cheeseburger with no ketchup. When it arrived, it had ketchup on it, so I pointed it out. They handed me the burger again, but I noticed that the box still had ketchup smeared on the corners; they had merely changed the bun while leaving everything else, including the old, messy box, untouched. I felt really sorry for the food runner, who was clearly trying her best, but the kitchen staff seemed to be taking shortcuts. In the end, we just left. On my second visit, I opted for the drive-thru, hoping for better service, but encountered the same issues. Simple requests, like no sauce, were still not fulfilled, and we had to circle around while they corrected the mistakes. I really dread going to this location because of these problems. I don't think my orders are complicated—just requests for no ketchup or a plain burger. It shouldn’t be this difficult!

Most of the staff appears to be teenagers on Saturday nights, but they are all friendly and attentive. My Blizzard has consistently been made perfectly and is always delicious. Just a heads up—the drive-thru line tends to be quite long on Friday and Saturday nights, so be prepared to spend at least half an hour getting through it.

The lobby was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our server, Ben, was fantastic. The ice cream blizzards are always a hit, and I tried the new Snickers flavor this time. The restrooms were kept clean as well. Plus, the restaurant is accessible for those with disabilities if needed.
