Carl's Jr - Orem

Great location, The food is usually good, and fresh, the ladies cooking in the back deserve more money. The staff up front Usually seems unhappy with the work in terms of Greetings. Once in a while I might get 1 that's smiles and is nice. The pricing is decent for the quality, if Carl's ever changes the ingredients or quality I might go somewhere else. Carl's Jr has always had a fantastic burger such as the Super star. The tomatoes and lettuce along with the sauce and onions are mouth watering. The only improvement I would like is for Carl's Jr to have a Better Bun . The meat to bun ratio should match and compliment eachother, like an inn n out burger.

This Carl's Junior has really improved in the last couple of years, and I'm sure it's because of their crew. They all seem very professional and courteous, and my Western Bacon Cheeseburger looked exactly like the picture on the menu and tasted even better.

Good service. Not great food. But they do have a really fun play place. My daughter is 3 and was a little small for it, but still had a lot of fun!

Got kids meals and a burger it seemed more expensive than what I expected and when I asked for a receipt to verify for myself I was told they did not have any receipt paper. The order was correct by all the kids food was cold right when we got it. Also of the sauces has exploded all over the bigger bag they put each thing in so it made a huge mess. Pretty disappointed in this experience.

My wife ordered a #1 Famous star with cheese meal, and there was no cheese, so I went up to get it corrected, they made another one, hanfed it to my wife and it still didn 't have cheese. It was the current shift manager and she asked that the $1.99 one didn 't come with cheese, I pointed to the picture and words that day famous with cheese, in the #1 meal, and that we didn 't say without cheese. Then the person behind when they ordered said they were not a Karen , the cashier grinned. We won 't be back if we can help it if this is the kind of service intended by the managers and owners.
