Fat Cupcake - Oregon City

I special ordered cupcakes for our sons birthday 5 days in advance. I picked them up on the day of party, none of kids finished them, so I tried them the day after and found them to be dry and tasteless. When I called Oregon City location, the employeesaid she would leave a message for the Manager. 2 days later I still had not heard back, so we took the remaining cakes back tothe store and requested a call from the manger. I just got off the phone with Aliya, the manager, who just insulted me and saidmy tastebuds weren?t working and that the cupcakes tasted wonderful. Our initial response was to notify them about qualitytesting prior to releasing product, but all persons contacted got defensive and lashed out at the customer giving them feedback. They have now lost a customer and we will never have a good word to say about our experience.

We ordered 6 mini cupcakes. The cake on each was pretty moist. The flavors just didn 't wow us. The buttercream on the white velvet had little or no butter, likely vegetable shortening, which simply lacks the flavor. The peanut butter and Germanchocolate were fine. A cookie dough buttercream, again, just lacked flavor. Lovely person behind the counter, and nice brightstore.

I ordered a cake online, very misleading as it displayed a 4 layer cake in the photo for the $46 price range which seemed pricey but fair. When I showed up and picked up this tiny cake $7 size at grocery store) I?m was very disappointed. It was previouslyfrozen and tasted like garbage. I will never order from here again! Total birthday fail!

First impressions: passionate and delightful. The cupcakes are more delicious than they look (and they are already nice to look at). I highly recommend. My experience as t the shop was wonderful. The lady who helped us was extremely genuine, and could tellshe was passionate about the cupcakes. I was visiting family in Oregon when I discovered this place. I bought cupcakes for thefamily to share after dinner. This place was a definite winner. Everyone loved it. I'm sad there isn't a place like this nearhome.

Ordered the biscuits and cream filled cupcake shaped chocolate cake for my son's birthday. It was so good. The cake was moist and perfect. The order and pickup was a breeze. My son has already decided what cake he wants for his birthday next year!
