I came thru this drive thru on Sept 4th, 2023, the lady in the drive thru is the same one today, 10/7/23. Whe I ordered both times, I felt as though I was bothering her. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt yet, she must hate her job. She forgot what I asked for on my order. No horsey sauce on the 4th, today I had to ask twice for the rest of my order. Including the sauce napkins. I am a traveler that came to Ord for work. Everyone I talked to in Omaha, said Ord is nice the people are too. Dissapointed!! I am heading out of town this Arbys is the only drive thru. I will tell as many as I can, do not eat here.
