Pita Pit - Orangeville

Good eating, but the personal needs training to ensure that vegan foods are not contaminated, as no gloves or wiped areas are changed. except that it is fantastic.

I gave a 3 because every time i have come here there is only 1 staff member working- taking all the walk ins, online phone orders. It becomes overwhelming for one person! Im not even rating the staff member or food quality but the management of this pita pit location. Its overworking for the staff member to run the whole thing. It causes a lack on experience for customers the service they receive as well as the quality of the orders (if they are correct or not- if ingredients are at top quality freshness or not). If you visit this location your food will be great but please have patience for the one making your food. I was admittedly at first annoyed my order was not done 30 mins after i placed an online order. But as i stood inside watched the staff member as well as spoke w the older lady; thats how i discovered why it was so delayed what was really going on behind the scenes. This location needs more staff- management needs to help out in actually physical presence assistant if they are short staffed.

I was happy with the service but the major lacking component was a fresh robust pita... it was steamed a couple times and seemed to be a struggle to open... when I got home and ate it I ended up using a knife and fork..that seems like alot for 14 bucks....

I thought Pita pit was a fusion Mediterranean restaurant but the chicken Wrap did not have any taste flavor in it. The person who made it probably didn't have a clue how it could taste better. I asked her for a dressing which is more garlicy but i guess she used a dressing which was sweet. Totally disappointed.

Nice size and i like lots of veggie stuffing but something bland going on imo. Not very filling food. Not dry tho. Too many vegs make tummy rumble.
