Bidra med feedbackI am extremely disappointed with this restaurant's consistent mistakes and forgetfulness when it comes to our orders. I believe that if I tallied up all the items they have missed, I could have fed my family for a week. As someone who works in the service industry, I understand that errors can occur, but this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. Approximately half of our orders have been incorrect or incomplete. If it were solely my decision, I would never return to this establishment. I have been tolerating the errors because of convenience, but I am reaching my breaking point. It is clear that new and improved management is desperately needed here.
Nothing special, food was as expected. Nothing to complain about. Did the drive through and everything was in the bag.
I had a negative experience at a McDonald's restaurant on Broadway in Orangeville. I ordered a sausage patty on an English muffin and a coffee, but was given a sausage and egg McMuffin instead. I tried to explain the mistake and get a refund, but the manager was unhelpful and rude. When I later tried to claim a free breakfast that the manager had promised me, I was interrogated by the cashier and ultimately denied the offer. The service was inconsiderate and unprofessional, and I will not be returning to this McDonald's location. It is clear that the employees at this restaurant need better training to provide better customer service.
Have been going to this location for almost 1 year now. I am new to Orangeville. I love MacDonalds coffee. They have really stepped up their game. However, I find the drive thru very slow. When you get to the part where you place your order, It feels like you have to sit there for so long before someone asks you for your order. It's a bit frustrating as I am often enroute to work and need to get going. Other than that, The service is quite friendly. Just need to make that drive thru a little more efficient.
The good? It's brand new. The bad? The drive-thru. It's slow as molasses. And the entire place is badly located in terms of design of where the store is located and how they designed the drive-thru. That's why the parking lot is a nightmare. Breakfast drive-thru is sooooooooooooo slowwwwwww.
