Thar Indian Cuisine - Orange

Just had another scrumptious meal at Thar Indian in Orange with my husband, during a downpour. Very flavoursome Prawn Goa curry and Beef Vindaloo (why can't I get mine to taste like this?? . The little amuse bouche provided by the Chef is a nice touch. We love going with friends which is better because you can order a cross section of curries. They have also included great local wines, offer wine by the glass and Kingfisher beer. You still have the option to BYO. I really love Thar's menu it has a fabulous array of flavours.

The Mango Chicken is beautiful, the cheese and garlic naan is a must and one of the best cucumber raita's I've tasted. Thank you Thar Indian Cuisine!

Mmmm. I just love this place. Dine in and take away meals are spot on every time (with extra spices and heat if you like it like that! My 1st choice restaurant in Orange that is open for lunch and dinner.

Love this restaurant. Consistantly good quality, authentic Indian food. A talented and friendly Chef and Wait Staff who will go above and beyond to ensure a good experience.

Pleasantly surprised by this place! Went in for lunch, so warm and clean inside. They bought out little complementary cups of spiced pumpkin soup, VERY delicious! Fantastic food, friendly staff and kind of a hidden gem tucked away next to Dan Murphys. Going back soon for sure!
