Whataburger - Orange Park

I waited at least 10 to 15 mins for my order just for them to give me a spicy chicken instead of the grilled chicken that I ordered!!!! I’m pissed!! I’m tired of idiots in fast food!! The service tonight was HORRIBLE!!! I didn’t notice my order was wrong until I got home

Worst Whataburger EVER!!!! DRIVE THRU IS HORRIBLE.. sat there and waited for 15 mins for a medium fry and 2 shakes.. I left without food for my daughter, great job. Hire people that want a job and will do their job right!!!! Thanks for nothing.

Absolutely the worst location I have been to. It used to be good, but this was a horrible experience. Over THIRTY minutes in the drive thru and the food was cold, very sloppy and nasty. Was the order correct? Of course NOT! Even messed up the drinks. Seriously needed new management or employees who actually care. Just sad.

Did delivery here the service was phenomenal! At almost 4 AM Jordyn is AWESOME!
