Then one of us got three of our noodles. At some point he was already eaten and the other two of us have not yet got our noodles. Not sure if it was the waitress who forgot our order because she didn't write it down, or whether it was the fault of the kitchen. We knew something was gone because other tables that came after us already got their main dishes and we haven't had yet. Disappointed and doesn't come back.
I typically do not write reviews unless i need to. i decided i want pho around the area and didn?t want to drive 30 mins to southside. i ask my boyfriend to order and he brought back home pho. surprisingly there is no bean sprouts, lime, mint, or sauces with my order. what is pho with the other stuff? I paid $12 for a large house special and it is so little. paying the same price eating in and out but different amount is kinda ridiculous. i wish the broth is more savory. plus why is the meat not cut??????? it?s soo long?????. instant pho literally taste like this? if anyone is looking for delicious pho, i would recommend you driving 30 mins away that is worth your money.
Atmosphere is comfy, very clean. Pho was a 6 out of 10, to my taste it have too many onions and started tasting like onion soup, and the pieces of brisket and flank steak were not cut small enough to fit in one bite. The B3 Noodles with pork was presented well, the pork tasted 10/10 but the noodles or lettuce tasted off, mightve also been the sauce provided. Definitely room for improvement. Boba milk teas were too sweet/creamy. Definitely not in my top 3 Pho places due to lack good flavor in dishes.
Never had Vietnamese food before and I have to say it turned out nicer than we thought. Took my mom out to lunch and we saw this place at the mall. When you first walk in it looks a bit dark and gloomy but it wasn?t bad. The food was good. My mom got the pork fried rice and I got the porkchop house special, bone in. We got some wings and spring rolls and fried duplings. The dumplings were good but not that satisfying. All in all it we had a nice time.
3 friends and I went to this restaurant on a Monday afternoon right around 1245pm. The place seemed very nice, clean, plenty of seating available and we were greeted almost immediately upon entry. The gentleman, who greeted us grabbed 4 menus and escorted us to our table. My friend D, had her 2 year old Son and requested a high chair because there was absolutely no room for him in either side of the booth. (Total of 4 adults). We were brought a wooden high chair, and given about 10 minutes to look over the menu and decide what we wanted to drink. We ordered 2 waters, 1 lemonade, 1 mango boba tea and a half and half tea for the kid. (which by the way, they do not have children size cups). Here is a list of issues we faced during our hour lunch. 1. Communication is horrible. For some reason there was a big misunderstanding on the appetizers. It was so easy to tell the Waiter what we wanted, using the exact numbers on the menu. My friend K, ordered the A2 fresh spring rolls appetizer. She received 2 ONLY Pork (no shrimp) roll. But the menu states they are pork shrimp rolls. She was really hungry and didn 't want to fuss, assuming she miss understood somehow. So she accepted the only pork spring rolls, and ate 1 of the 2. My friend D ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls (which from the look of the menu would be fried since there is a picture with a fried spring roll and an A1 label on the photo. They delivered them (after WE asked for them 4 times, and more than halfway through our meal- they were brought. But, they were Vietnamese spring rolls with SHRIMP inside. NOT spring rolls. She refused them. They apologized for that. 2. My appetizer (A11) was served cold [Pan fried Dumplings are supposed to be hot]. 3. The guy put all our food on 1 ticket and expected 1 person to pay for everyone. 4. They didn 't refill any of our drinks or even ask if we wanted more to drink. We all had empty cups. D asked for lemonade to go (since she didn 't get her spring rolls) the guy said no, there would be a charge. 5. K got a Mango Boba tea. That was $4.25 they charged her an extra $0.50 for 10 boba balls. (Which you would think would be included in the $4.25 price but they are not). 6. D had to get up from the table and walk over to the guy and tell him that we needed 3 separated checks, because we all had different things and we were paying separately. 7. The guy split up our checks, but put a $0.50 charge on my and date 's tab. (Which when I brought up, he told me was the charge for the pearls on the bottom of the Mango Boba drink). That should have never been on our tab. 8. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. 9. Every time we asked for something we got a Yeh. Ok . 10. The Pho had a great taste to it but they didn 't drain off the extra fat. So the surface along the top was oily, which made using their plastic chopsticks very challenging. 11. K, J and I all ordered Pho. He brought out 1 plate of herbs, 2 pieces of jalapeno and a cup and a half of bean sprouts f
