Zaxby's - Orange City

The fries were stale and obviously had been left out for a while, with no seasoning whatsoever. The bread was extremely overcooked; it was so dark that even a shadow would feel envious.

The food was cold, and the soda was flat. I ordered a side of fries but received less than half a box for $4. Additionally, I didn’t get the tongue torch or ranch that I paid for on the side.

I typically enjoy excellent food from Zaxby’s, but during my recent visit, the meal was somewhat stale and the fried items were overcooked. It was also quite late. I believe in giving grace since perfection is unattainable, but this was my experience this time.

The chicken and fries were delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We visited the restaurant from 6 AM to 6:30 PM, and when we took our granddaughter to the restroom, we noticed something concerning. As we were leaving, two female employees came out from one of the closed stands without washing the toilet or their hands before exiting the restroom. I’m not sure what they were doing in there, but it certainly raises questions about hygiene practices at Zaxby's. It feels like there is a serious disregard for cleanliness in this establishment.
