Taco Bell - Orange City

Very frustrated that they forgot to put one of the chalupas in my bag and then I noticed it when I got home. I was charged extra money for something I never even received. And I'm not going to waste my time driving 20 minutes back to Taco Bell to get a refund.

The girl who worked March 7th 24 9:00 p.m. was absolutely perfectly polite and upbeat and I hope she has a wonderful night! Everything was good though, fresh, hot and yummy!

Greeted with a smile, great food from the kitchen and a clean dining room with stocked condiments.

The girl at counter cash register said we had to use self check out while she she was standing there doing nothing

This Taco Bell has been here forever. I've found it to be solid. They could go a little better job keeping the lobby sauce and drink station clean. The bathrooms were clean. The food here is as expected: hot, tasty and they are pretty consistent with portioning. I eat here regularly and have rarely been disappointed. The crew does thier job but don't expect to be wowed with friendliness. The self order kiosks are easy to operate.Vegetarian options: Black beans can replace any meat. Guacamole, sour cream cheese lettuce and tomatoes. They also have vegan potatoes.
