Bidra med feedbackI'm usually not a smoothie drinker. I went through a time when swallowing even water was painful, but I had to eat something else. This place was much better than Smoothie King (2stars). I liked Tropical Smoothie Cafe (5stars) better than that. I'm looking forward to eating real food soon. Even after I was forced to do it for a week, I don't understand why a healthy person would eat a smoothie instead of a meal. I'm glad some people did this because otherwise this option would not exist, and I needed it. After dinner I was not hungry, but not satisfied. I just broke something I could chew.
I went on a day and the two girls basically ignored me, another girl came a few minutes later and I assume clocked in, and she didn't take my order either. I waited for about 10 minutes and finally went out.
So today I finally got to try planet smoothie word in it wasn't cleaned. I asked to have the table cleaned so I can have a place to sit. I spent about $15 on the largest smoothie and a bread slice. I got cold drinking my smoothie that wasn't that great was more like a slush half way through, so I noticed a table outside went out there to sit. Got up to talk to a few people I was caught in conversation with. The worker calls her store owner to say I left my things on the table that I spent $15 to patronize, still in eye view of my things but speaking with people that came out of 5 and below about travel, this young lady comes out to tell me a paid customer, to move my things from their table that all of the none existing customers were needing to use. The nerve I'll never planet smoothie ever again, thanks for the worst customer service ever. One of the people I spoke with said she had an issue with the same person.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! This is the 2nd time I went here and the service was terrible. I walked in and it was only one person ahead of me, so it was not busy. 2 workers and not one acknowledged me. One of the employees mom walked in and the employee took her order ahead of mine after I had already been waiting for 10- 15 minutes. After that the girl clocked and left cause her ride was there, still never acknowledging me . The other girl finally asked for my order. The last time I was here the employee had all her friends in the store horse playing, her shirt was disgusting and the bathroom was gross and please get some decent shorts for your workers. Don't worry I wont be back :
I placed an online order (for the third time) I went to the store and no one was there. There was a sign on the door saying they would be back in 10 mins. I waited 15 mins and no one came to unlock the door. I would have liked to have my money back. I placed the order through google ordering. Someone finally showed up as I was on my way out of the parking lot. I figured since I had already paid for the smoothie I should get it. I walked in asked for a my smoothie which I was handed. I told them I had to wait at this point it had been 1/2 an hour. No one seemed to care or offer any type of reimbursement for the wait. While I was waiting someone else walked up and asked if they were closed again... I asked if this happens a lot to which she replied yes. As I am reading the other reviews it seems to happen a lot. They shouldn't let people order online if they aren't going to be in the store. The first time I placed an online order I had to wait in line to get a smoothie...
