Sorry, couldn't keep this to myself! A big, mean, and muscular man with a narcissist, a self-centered, an attention seeking attitude was one of its customers taking away one of the two available parking for disabilities, with no shame. Other than that, the shop was just as decent as any other thousands of shops under this franchise.

I'm not sure why they do this. I got an iced coffee and literally 80% of the cup was just ice. Why pay $4 for just ice? The coffee is good, but I wish they were more aware of how ridiculous this is. The picture shows the cup when I already finished the coffee, look at all that ice.

Really amazing sandwiches also the railway mi and large milk teas. recommend the honey chrysanthemum milk tea with boba!

I ordered a big vanilla latte with light ice. Because I have titanium on my face so I can't really drink cold drinks. I ask the person to take something out of the ice and they added more ice after I showed that my reception said less ice. That's the second time this happened. It is official that they are stupid and can't understand simple instructions. So I'm not coming back to this place.
