This Carl's Jr., USED TO BE a nice, clean place to eat...However, their Bathroom's smell like raw sewage, apparently, because the plumber has been waiting on a part for ~1 month!Owner Manager, it is time to get a new plumber and get your business back to an acceptable level that draws customers into the doors, rather than chasing them away.Parking: Plenty of parking

5 years ago Raw burgers1 Month ago 7 chicken starts instead of 93 weeks ago Cold chicken starts and again 5 chicken starts instead of 6.It makes me laugh to think we will eat that.The staff wouldn’t eat it why would they make us eat it and give us attitude when we tell them to fix it.I live by the area and that place is always empty. Due to staff giving attitude. Bad food. Even my son got a shake and they gave him the wrong one he waited more than 15mins for that shake and they gave him the wrong one!Never again,staff need to check food quality and learn how to count. There is a lot of competition,and the brand is great just not this place. The Carl’s Jr in Santa Ana on Bristol by Mendez Fundamental School by far the best!Staff should be doing their training there and don’t pick up bad habits from older staff members.

On 1/28/30 (Sunday night) my friend and I came to this establishment. The employee running the register looked high on something and my friend's burger took 30 minutes to arrive. Once it did arrive, it was pink and severely undercooked. I revoked my order upon this and my friend got his money back too.
