Wendy's - Opelousas

Very unprofessional. Very bad service. Pull up to the drive thru and got everything wrong. Drinks were flat and gave me what was supposed to be unsweetened tea and they got that wrong. Then tried to charge me for something I didn't even order.

Food was decent, but service was awful. Took a while for anyone to serve the counter inside and the person acted like she couldn’t be bothered to do anything. No ketchup in dispenser, 75% of drinks unavailable, and the place was not clean. Should have gone to canes right down the road

Management was sad as well as food prep workers. Never got my chicken sandwich!!! Order my grilled chicken burger at 1:09pm check out time on Saturday March 11, 2023. After watching and waiting for 15 minutes still my order had not appeared. I asked if they forgot. Cashier said no he is making it now. After another 7 minutes I asked to speak to manager. No one came. After another 10 minutes asked to speak to manager or get a refund if no burger. After asking for a third time to speak to management finally a lady came and offered a refund or a hamburger instead. Stated chicken takes longer to cook. What I had been there 28 minutes. I know chicken only takes 15 minutes to cook. They definitely need new management and new staff. Only cashier apologized for the inconvenience. WOW. Also wanted to mention they were out of potatoes and a lot of drink options! Put my X on Opelousas Wendy’s. For rest of my life!!!

Something is always wrong and I keep giving them another chance. This time I drove up and they lady asked if I 'd be using cash or card. When I responded card she replied well we 're not taking cards right now. I asked why did you ask instead of just saying Our machine is down. "I apologize for the inconvenience, we can only accept cash at this time. I drove off before I realized that I had cash. Got back in line and waited again. We went through the exact same spew of asking the method of payment. This time I replied cash. She then says we 'll before you order we don 't have soda, salads and Something else. I asked if they had natural lemonade. She said yes. I placed my order and then had to pull I to a bay and they would walk the order to me. The fries were hot, nuggets were cold and empty. They were mostly breaded. My lemonade was not the natural lemonade. It tasted like crystal light. The only thing that was right was the Frosty. The last time there was a hard eaten nugget in my bag. This location really needs work.

This Wendy's got my entire order wrong. When I asked for a grilled chicken burger with nothing else but mayonnaise and lettuce, meaning no ketchup, no pickles, and no tomatoes, I got a hamburger with everything else on it. My friend is also allergic to glutton which is flour, and he got a grilled chicken lettuce wrap with an unknown sauce. When he asked what was in it they didn't know so he decided to just wipe it off and put it aside being that some sauces have flour. I'm not saying that their food is bad but their not very great at getting an order right. Also most of their sodas weren't available.
