The ribs were not as tender as I like.Pretty good BBQ for a chain, price was good as well.
My partner and I had a not-so-great experience turn into a fantastic experience through the best, most understanding staff at this store. After a visit in which a misunderstanding left us dissatisfied, the manager, Jessica called me back, replaced the meal, and sincerely won our hearts over. You guys, Full Moon is a gem in Opelika. Customer service is alive and well! Thank you!!
