Bidra med feedbackSince reopening the operating model of the restaurant has changed. Instead of being seated and given a menu/being served; there is a different process. Once entering you are hollered at to come back to the bar. You look at a menu screwed to the bar front, place your order, pay and are given plates, glasses, silverware and a buzzer. Guests dill their own drinks, must get their own food when the buzzer goes off and must clear their own tables. I asked the guy at the bar if this model was due to a staffing shortage. He advised that they were short staffed but this would be how they operated in the future. The food was good just as it has always been. This is the only reason for 2 stars. I personally am unable to reconcile the price point with having to do everything myself. I will not be going back.
Took the family for lunch, very clean establishment. The greeting was not all there by the workers. The pizzas were good we had the cheese pizza and the supreme pizza, even though I ordered the classics pepperoni. Server gave us our pizza but we had to serve our own drinks and clean our tables. I would say this is a good spot for a lunch date. If you take the whole family of 6 you will spend a nice dollar here.
Even though like every place else they are short-staffed they still took excellent care of us. The pizza was fresh and delicious and hot I had the calzone the mushroom spinach which was absolutely delicious. The drinks are basically self-serve but that's fine too. Nice atmosphere nice and quiet good place to bring the family. My daughter and I enjoyed ourselves
The pizza was hot and so yummy. The molten taters were amazing. Our salads were fresh and tasty. Please be aware they may be out of certain food items and seem to be short staffed. However, the blonde woman with the hoop earrings, the young man with the hoodie, and the young man with the shell necklace were busting their butts, working as a team, and providing phenomenal customer service. Thank y?all for a great lunch! My family and I will see y?all next time we?re in town.
Although the restaurant was understaffed on the night we went, the lady who took our order-ran the cash register and served our table, was phenomenal. She had a great personality and was able to give us personalized service, which I appreciated. The food was very good and the portions were ample. Our wait time for a table was zero minutes and we had our food within 10 minutes. There is also a second level dining area for younger patrons as well as a very successful takeout counter for those who want to call ahead and order. It is a little expensive, but overall I would recommend the Brick Oven Pizza company for a pleasant evening.
