Zaky Mediterranean Grill - Ontario

Oh, wow! Fresh, tasty, literally mouthwater! The first time I've ever been here and they beat it out of the park! Meat was so full of taste and moist. Sauces add everything. The garlic was probably my favorite, but the baba ganoush was so good and tastes amazing with the lamb. I tried a little everything, but couldn't tell you what was the best, because it tasted so good! And friendly! I felt like family here! You want to enjoy your food and experience and I too! I'm back! I wish I could give them more stars. Literally one of the best places I've ever eaten! 9-27-22 This was my fourth visit at this point. The food as always is delicious. Talal grills food like others! He works quietly in the back and will pick his head out to make sure everything tastes good. He recommended certain dishes to try and I was disappointed NIE. Natasha works with the orders and moves back and forth and helps and relays which dishes have to be freshly cooked for every customer. The food here is so fresh! Tonight I take family dinners for my family home to experience the love placed in every bite here. I really want to thank Talal and Natasha for inviting me to their restaurant and taking the time to make every order delicious. I'll come back to this place!

Our server, I think her name was Natasha, was amazing. I never had Arabic food before and she was super helpful to get us exactly what she said we would like. And she was soooo rite! Iam so happy she was there to help me understand the food! And what she suggested was spot on. What a sweet heart! We will definitely be back and bring all of my friends and family! You probably won't see this but thanks Natasha at Zaky. We will definitely be back!

Meat was a little dry. Actually, it was a lot dry. The 2 protein plate seemed kind of small for the price. Oh and what a great way to leave a bad taste in my mouth when I find out the fountain drink is almost 4 bucks. For a small cup and regular fountain drinks? That's quite a mark up and they aren't even specialty fountain drinks. I couldn't find the price for a drink easily on the menu. I also purchased the baklava and haven't tried it but that's 7 bucks. I didn't know until I got the receipt. There was no price tag anywhere for that. So I went from an 18 dollar 2 protein plate to 32 bucks? Yikes. I don't see myself ever returning here. It seems like they are just praying for new people to get tricked into buying super high priced stuff....or maybe just me? I mean, if the meat was fresh and moist and the portions were matching the price, I might not care that a small soda was marked up to 4 bucks and the small box of dessert was 7 but it wasn't and the girl taking my order was rushing me and acting like I was annoying her when I didn't know exactly what I wanted. There is a Mediterranean place but far from here that I got the same items. The portion actually filled me up and the meat, rice, and side sauces were on point. Plus the service was super friendly. I just don't even see how this place gets any business other than some random guy like me.

I?ve eaten at Zakys before and I?ve liked it but today oh man I?m disappointed with the rostissiere chicken wrap I ordered. I didn?t like its flavor, texture, etc. I recommend the meat wrap instead which is by far much better option. The falafel is good here.

Outstanding customer service by Natasha and all staff. somehow the food even beats that. This kind of food is not just food, it is lifestyle, and the refreshing to the ? tongue. Must try today.
