El Pollo Loco - Ontario

Absolutely terrible service and terrible food!!!! I ordered like $60 value of food and got home to not eat silverware and the food was terrible!!! The Tostadas we had ordered had nothing but a lot of salad in them, there were hardly any other ingredients in them. No beans cheese avocados or pico de gallon or something! Only salad and burnt bowls!!! I called to say that we all ordered these bowls and Tostadas and they gave us no cutlery. The guy had the nerve to ask well, asked you about the cutlery! First so rude and so unprofessional to speak to a customer so that just spent over $60 on food at their location!!! I told the guy I didn't know I had to ask for cutlery if we all ordered these food items to eat the cutlery!!! He then had the nerve to hang on me!! Definitely the worst tasting dinner I have ever ordered at el pollo loco at this particular place and definitely the worst customer service!!! I will never return to this place again!!

Chicken avocado burrito was small and the chicken was not fresh. Great service on the drive-dru window and the green salsa was good.

I visited this location during a convention event and decided to drive thru n ordered the 3 chicken tacos that clearly state they come w/onion n cilantro. My question is where the hell is the cilantro?! When u only have a certain amount of time to get something to eat u can 't really turn around n fix the places mistake. I will not b returning to this place. PS and salsa from a packet? O 'lord!

This is the third time they forget to give me a fork. How should I eat my salad? They are rude and forgotten to give the customer the appropriate utensils and napkins

The drive-thru line was long since the dining room was closed. I ordered the Chicken Taquito Dos Loco Salad, but I was disappointed when I received it. The picture showed four taquitos, but I only got two cut in half, laid in the corner of the salad instead of standing up. Additionally, the taquitos were overcooked, giving them a burnt flavor that was quite unpleasant. On the bright side, the salad was fresh and tasty. For $8, it wasn't a bad deal overall, but I just wish the taquitos had been better.
