El Pollo Loco - Ontario

The cashier was awesome I can't remember his name but he was in the evening shift and we were just so surprised how well explained he told me about the menu and the food... I really didn't think people like him existed. He was such a help!!! and we enjoyed our dinner

The drive thru line wrapped around most of the parking lot so i decided to go inside to the front counter. it was no better because there was a long line to the cashier and all of the seats were taken in the dining area or being saved for those people in line. i ended up taking my avocado burrito to go instead. sadly, they no longer have the salsa bar available to the public but the area in that corner was clean so i just asked the girl who handed me my food for the red hot spicy salsa.

This location always has consistent quality of food. The staff is friendly and quick with service. The tables and other areas of the location are always clean. It does get busy during lunch hours but they move the line quickly and good is prepared without delay.

Stop posting false hours if you won't be open or close to your time. And your customer service needs improvement. I stopped going for all this, but it looks like it didn't improve so I'm gonna stop coming.

Here at 19:15 and the door is closed and they don't let me in, despite the sign that the dining room is open until 8:00. There are several customers inside. I don't have a car to go through. Very good.
