Patrick is the best employee. He served us when it was past close when he didn’t have to. He is such a kind and generous person, and he made my dominoes experience a 10/10. Patrick deserves a raise!
Third time having an order over 2 hours late. It's actually still not here yet. Ordered at 4.30PM because it's Saturday and expected it to be busy. The tracker said 40-55 min... It is now 18:45PMI understand things can happen, places can be understaffed etc. What I don't understand is why they won't pick up the phone. We have been calling from 2 numbers for 45 minutes. Nothing. I've been listening to the recording of the new menu items for 45 minutes. The first 2 times we were told there was only 1 delivery driver. Poor guy. I have no idea if it's the same tonight or if there's some issue we are unaware of. Whatever the reason, if they are so behind why do they keep taking orders or why they aren't answering the phone or updating customers. It's a bit of a joke to be honest and I think we'll be giving Domino's a break for now. This is absolutely ridiculous
Ordered pizza and Parmesan bites. The Parmesan bites were good. But the pizza was horrible. Over cooked, dey, burnt. No cheese. And what cheese was on it was dry.
Ordered a couple pizzas , wings and garlic knots online a couple weeks ago, an hour goes by no pizza. I call the store and ask about my pizza and give them my name the girl says well your name isn’t on the list I don’t know what to tell you and hangs up on me.I waited 2 weeks to post this review because I reached out to corporate for a refund. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL BACK FROM THEM NOR HAVE I GOTTEN A REFUND. Do not recommend. Will not recommend and I will not be back.
