Long John Silver's - Oneida

Takes forever, chicken is often cold, workers are laughing, line is long. I will not go there aga8n!!!

I got the fish and shrimp meal and the shrimp was not well cooked and tasted funky. It literally made me gag. The fish batter was doughy. This was the worst food I've ever gotten from a LJS .

Ordered 12 peice family meal after standing at counter for 20 min. Waiting for them to fix printer. Started placing my order. Then the informed me the were out of sides and would be 10 mi. Before anything but fries and huspuppys were available. I told them I didn't want to wait on any so just got fish and chicken. Then waited 15 min to get food. And in this whole process had 2 different people running register while I was ordering. When I got home. Was shorted food. Called back expressed how dissatisfied I was. And the told me to come back. I said wasn't comming back already spent to much time. They told me to call corporate. Never be back there. Sad

They need someone there besides kids running this place. We set in line from 9:05pm until 9:30pm behind 3 cars and can’t figure out why it’s so slow, the inside isn’t even open (drive thru only). With that being said— we ordered cod fish and after sitting there that long, we get to the window just for them to tell us the cod is still frozen and would we want anything else to replace it so we just took regular fish with hush puppies. Check these hush puppies out! The small one shouldn’t even be considered!!???

The food is pretty good, wished that the place had it's lobby open instead of closing the lobby like a bunch of pansies
