I used to live Hardee's, but I'm constantly disappointed by the quality of the food. I got the new Prime Rib Cheddar Angus burger and it was the smallest burger patty with a small amount of prime rib and a squirt of cheese; all bun. If it weren't for the small squirt of cheese it would have been dry. Almost everything I've ordered the past few times has been similarly disappointing. They would get one star if it weren't for the cashiers at least giving good customer service.
