Skipper - Omokoroa

Great food in a great location to chill out with family and good mates. One of the few restaurants over the Tauranga Harbour. Awesome views and easy parking

I ordered the mince on toast. The mince was nice and flavourful, just the right amount of savoury. The best part for me was that it wasn't drowned in tomato base and it wasn't too rich or greasy. The poached eggs on top were cooked to perfection. The toast was dripping with melted butter and super yummy. I rate the dish 4.5/5 half a point off for using tomato base, as I prefer my savoury mince simple without it, but that's just my personal preference.

Only had cabinet food but it was nice. Have had meals in the past and they've been good.

Awesome location. Just found the sit down mains menu expensive. But I did enjoy their chips coffee.

The food was lovely but quite pricey. Unfortunately we waited over an hour for our lunch but the waitress was very apologetic. It's a lovely place to eat with marina views and the food really was very nice. I would still go again
