The Cookie Company - Omaha

My mom placed an in person order for a cookie cake for my birthday with the manager. I went with her to pick up the order an hour and a half past when it was supposed to be ready. When we arrived there was no cookie cake ready. There was not a single apology or explanation given to us. This is super frustrating and disappointing when we counted on this for a birthday celebration.

There was no more cinnamon rolls so they 'reimbursed ' with a brownie. There wasn 't even a brownie in here too

The Cookie Company has the sweetest workers to go along with their sweet treats. I placed an order for a rather complicated cookie cake and was amazed at how well the decorators executed my vision! I’m always pleased with their cookies and their help :

I placed an order for 3 dozen princess style cookies! Dress with a sash , heels, tiaras, lip sticks! What I got was these a dress with a belt looking thing, and they say its a lipstick but to me looks like nail polish and looks like a kid did the decorating on it! I was really thinking for a professional company the cookies would look better and for the price 100 bucks for 3 dozen at that. When I called to complain they said there was nothing wrong with them and looked fine hahah you all be the judge!! What is the circle cookie in the corner anyone have a clue? They gave me 20% back and no I'm sorry or anything ! I will never order from them again.
