Taco John's - Omaha

Taco Tuesday? is not really a savings when you drink pairs of tacos and of course potatoes...99. Xtra for cheese, but that came like $12... I think if only order Tacos, hopefully better price

This location has the best customer service I had in years from a fast food restaurant. Large crew

I guess I should admit that I am a Taco John's junkie so this is hard to write. The first and second time I came to this location everything was great. The third and now forth time were a bit disappointing for one simple reason. The tacos were just cold. I mean straight off the serving tray (dine in) cold tacos. In my opinion they were overstuffed with cold lettuce and had barely any cheese or meat in them. There isn't any problem with the flavor or freshness of the food. The employees have all been great. I sincerely hope they can fix this issue.

Visited this location in the drive-thru. Staff was short and obviously was annoyed to even take my order. All six tacos looked as shown in photo. Potato oles had been put back in fryer and recooked. (Told that by employee bc I asked for no seasoning on them. Rest of order showed a lack of care or a lack of training by management. When calling to talk about the situation with manager on duty. Was told If i was looking for better customer service. I shouldn 't dine at a fast food restaurant. I will not be back to this location.

I visited the Taco John's at 156th and Q because the location on Dodge Road wasn't ideal. Unfortunately, they made a mistake with my order today. However, the manager handled it wonderfully and reminded me why I fell in love with Taco John's in the first place. Their chicken burrito is the best!
