Saltgrass Steak House Omaha

Saltgrass rocked it last night for our party of 18! We had family style seating and it was amazing! All one big table! Our server was outstanding! Ally! She was so attentive and took such great care of us! Everyone stepped in and helped serve to get Our meals out quickly! Food was fabulous as always! We had many varieties, chicken fried steak was huge and had very good gravy and mashed tators! Some had salmon and said it was fabulous! Those of us with steak were all very please! Cooked to perfection!

The server was good. We had a bigger party of 10 so hard to get everything order. Over half of us had ordered a steak and 3 out of the 6 were supposed to medium and they were all well done. The manager comped a lot of our food. I wouldn't recommend and I wouldn't go back.

When planning our cross country drive, we looked for a Saltgrass location along our projected path. Most are in the southern US but this location was smack dab on the way. We were excited and looked forward to stopping here. They of course had great steaks but also had amazing sides. This is what makes them different in my book. I have been to many steak houses and just about all of them have decent to great steaks. Very few establishments combine that with an excellent variety (and quality) of side dishes. This raises Saltgrass above most competition. This location is no exception. The food was spot on and our meals were perfect. The service was friendly and excelled at marketing the brand. The restaurants atmosphere was perfect and provided the right ambiance.

This was a Monday night, our reservation was on time, we got the booth we requested and the free appetizer as listed per the website. Our server was very attentive if overly so and the food was delivered timely and cooked as ordered. The food was presented attractively and all delicious. I will return and recommend to others.

Great service for our group. Food was great. Love the brisket queso.
