Bidra med feedbackAfter waiting for my food for about 30 minutes, a server brought me the wrong food that was for the person at the other end of the bar. After about 20 minutes another server brought my food, but the wrong salad dress. So, wrong again. When I asked for a correction, she was gone. I left the food on the bar. At this point, an hour was was wasted to be treated as if they were not interested. Terrible service!
My food was cold and just didn't taste so good. We had my son and my daughter in the Law Anniversary here for 3 years and I was very disappointed. I think we're going somewhere else
Today my mother, my brother and I stopped. It was a very wonderful experience the food was delicious, and the server, Alana was an absolute pleasure! She was such a breath of fresh air! The manager was also very friendly and had a very positive attitude. Thanks Red Robin for starting our day great!
The food was really good and the staff was super nice. Very fast to welcome us and take our order and get it out of us. The restaurant was not exactly clean, could take more attention in this area. But for the most part it was a good experience.
The Hostess had me impressed from the start. The menu was also very well layed out and full of delicious choices and even included choices for the health conscious person. The waitress (Matty) told us she was new, but she could have fooled me. She was very up-beat, attentive, and on her toes. GREAT service, Good food, and appropriate prices. Oh, and cold beer!
