Panera Bread - Omaha

I always ordered the madagaskar vanille latte and it was always good, but today I got the worst ever. my drink came without taste of coffee or vanilla taste, I took the first swallow and I thought I was wrong, but after the 3rd swallow, I felt like I was drinking hot pure milk. I brought my drink back into the load and asked if I could have made my drink new, the dame was very nice and friendly, after a few minutes waiting I got it done, but then I figured out that it was the same cup (because my lipstick spot is still on the lid,) she never again the drink for me, they only warmed it up and added some milk foam to it. it still tastes like milk. Apparently this is my last time in panera bread!

This Panera location was very busy but still had a good variety of bagels left. They even refreshed all the coffees in the lobby really quickly. The food was really tasty especially the 4 cheese souffle. It was right at 11 so the switch over from breakfast to lunch and everything was still prepared quickly.

My wife I stopped here on a lazy Sunday morning about 10:30 am. As we approach the front entrance, garbage is overflowing the garbage can on the front patio. A total turnoff to us, we almost left. I'm actually surprised it was suggested by my wife, as the last few visits we've had in the last 6 mos. have been terrible experiences. There is one particular associate at the front counter who has such a bad disposition, not really rude, everything is a bother and seems like she has no desire to work. The coffee bar was out of sleeves and God forbid you should ask for them to be restocked. It seemed like such an awful task to be requested. Our quality of food was good this time, but how can you mess up a cinnamon crunch bagel a cinnamon roll. The men's restroom was fairly clean, soap dispenser broken, a bottle of soap provided. The dining room was actually fairly clean compared to our last visit. We were able to find a clean table this time.

What an abomination of overpriced, grade school level, cafeteria food. This place is a shell of its former self from the 2002 era when it was actually good. The food I was served is rotting and poorly crafted by a mob of angry employees. The fact they would even serve up browned, smelly and spoiled tasting guacamole is beyond my comprehension. The French onion soup had prepackaged shredded cheese dumped on it. They didn?t even bother melting it. While I stood in line awaiting the creation of this aborted concoction, the staff cooks inmates could be heard yelling and fighting amongst themselves. The place is a better fit to be a traveling circus or prison yard. For the $20 I was charged for this nightmare of a lunch experience, I?ll never, ever step foot back in here. Here?s a tip, hire good help, train them, manage them, and have some quality control. Good grief.

Delicious meal. Had the broccoli cheddar cup of soup and the chicken salad half sandwich. Also had the chicken noodle soup with half a chicken ceasar salad. The restueant was a bit busy and dirty. You have to get your food from the counter now and throw away your dishes in the dump bin. Cost about $10.50 each with the pick 2 deal.
