Sign on the door says it all, neighborhood favorite. Good food, good prices especially for the combination plates. Very, very clean restaurant. Staff was very nice and service was fast. Ordered and food was out in 2-4 minutes. Rice and beans: 5/5. Nailed it. Chips and pico: complementary. 5/5. Rolled sour cream and guacamole tacos: 5/5 Shredded beef Chimichanga: 4/5. Above average, esp for fast food Mexican, but the shredded beef could have been more flavorful. Horchata: 5/5 good cinnamon kick. Next time you want fast Mexican give this place a try
Food is always fresh the 9 Burrito is delicious just make sure u are hungry they are big ones
This place is a guilty pleasure of mine. I know the food won't be good. I know the service will be kind of rude, but i still go and have the Super Nachos every now and then. It's a craving i have at least once a month. Every month the Super Nachos are made differently.
I have eaten tacos at my elementary school many times and once at a hospital, they were all acceptable. Lina's ground beef crunchy taco is not good. They did not use Corn as ordered but used flour, that were the wrong type for frying. They had no leavening and were cooked so long that bitterness was overpoweringly bad. They were hard enough to cut an apple with. The beef is unseasoned, even by North Dakota elementary cafeteria standards. The beef seemed to have been cooked days ago or has been in a steam tray for 20 hours. There is no way they are batch cooking their ground beef every few hours. Taco Bell does not even cook theirs but I was expecting Mexican, so I expected a bit more. The iceberg was fresh. The horchata was good. The .75 sour cream was just ok for the value and flavor. I was only able to eat half of one taco before I put them in the bin.
