Hiro 88 Millard - Omaha

I had one of the best dining experiences at Hiro 88. Steven was our waiter and he was wonderful! I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately our dinner experience was not great this evening. Service was slow and server seemed upset, forgotten plate came after the rest of us finished and food wasn’t good (had to send one dish back). Spoke with manager who said his upper management does not allow them to do anything about poor service.

Great for an American twist on makimono but average for sashimi. If you're looking for filling and heavy makimono, this is the place to go. However, if you're more in the mood for traditional, you might want to pass this one up. Service was outstanding though.

Service was great, but server was very pushy trying to up-sell. I know it’s starting to become the new norm, but I like to see a paper bill that I can look at, write in a tip and sign. I do not like the hand held machines where they put you on the spot, then stand behind you while you pick a tip amount and sign.

Food was good and served in good time, but service was to be desired. Our app plates and salad dishes sat in the table long after finishing. No water refills before dinner entre was served.
