Five Guys - Omaha

I tried something different today than I usually do. Today it was blt and it was super delicious. I usually get a double burger with everything on it and it is definitely worth it. the people working are always super chilling and beautiful when I'm here, so I always come back. everything is clean and they can observe that they make her eat when they want.

Fantastic eating super fresh type of burger would make it perfect after home. it is a little expensive, but in any case good the cost they get definitely their money worth, I recommend this place to everyone with a hearty appetit, because the burgers are big

Ordered online. Food wasn't ready. A bit disappointed but it was fresh and hot. Location isn't the best, high traffic area. I'd go there more often if it was easier access.

We showed up 10 minutes till close. Not a single employee seemed bothered with this. The guy at the register was patient while we made our choices on what to get and even informed us that one fry was enough for the both of us. Wait time for our food was perfect. As we left the employees told us good night. We never felt rushed or like we was a burden. The place looked clean, and welcoming. Our order came out correct, hot and the amount of fries was amazing. My cheese burger was juicy, and delicious and the fries wonderful.

In Omaha our driver told us this was one of the best places to eat, so we came in. The cashier did not know how to explain the burger kept asking me if I wanted a little cheeseburger I told her I wanted the one that was $8. So when she rang it up my total came to $14 and some change for two burgers so then I just had her get the manager who fixed it. Then we went to get our drinks- as it's one of the hottest weeks in Omaha this week having a heatwave and the ice machine doesn't work. On top of that we came in here to get out of the Heat and it's extremely hot in here as well. Sweating while we eat. Then we get our burgers and my daughter shows me her Burger is mostly raw inside. So again I went to the manager -who immediately had them fix it AND refunded me the money for the one Burger. While the manager did what she could to make things right immediately, which I appreciate- it was one thing after another being: hot inside, raw food, no ice, you get the picture. I was not impressed with Five Guys on our first visit. Not sure if it's this location or if it's all of them.
