Bidra med feedbackIf I could give this dominos pizza zero, I would have ordered the worst pizza pizza ever said that it would be here, the acknowledgement says that it was ready around 19:27 p.m I did not get it until after 20:15 my sohn was tired and ready for bed when I got the pizza the break was so hard and the pizza was cold, so I had to eat again somewhere else he was going to feed in before
Omg I walked into toppers today to get some wings with my siblings, so it was challenging to get everyone order and brandi was soo helpful. Like she made sure everyone order was correct and helped us get threw the orders,she was very helpful in all of today
They never answer the phone thrice i have had someone answer and then hangup ive worked at a pizza place before and never did we hangup on our customers especially after a hold of 15-20 minutes. Your employees are losing you business
UPDATE:Left a Customer Service comment on the Domino's corp website, and they contacted the General Manager who both apologized for my experience, and informed me that the charge had been refunded. All within 5 hours of my comment to the corp site.While still displeased with my experience, I will give credit where it is due, and say that that General Manager ROCKED his job!!AVOID AVOID AVOIDOrdered a pizza which never showed up.Called back to get pizza redelivered confirmed address corrected the phone number they had on file and then they never came back.EXTREMELY rude person when I called back again said it was my own fault for not giving them a good phone number said he called the number 5 times. I wonder who that idiot was bothering, since my phone never rang.AND THEN refused to refund my order!! Said I would have to call back in two days to speak with the General Manager.
Placed an order through the app and they cancelled without explanation via text. Called the store number they said to call for more information and no one picked up the phone. Obviously a lack of management at this location.
