I have a call from diego, who let me know in advance that they were from a certain article, so that they replaced with the same in a larger size. I thought it was a big customer service at its end to call me before the hand and make me aware, especially to know how busy a place is like this on a nfl Sunday - thank you diego!
Delivery and drivers have just left it in the lobby. everyone could have taken it as an apartment complex. at least 30 percent tipp, a simple phone call would have been nice.
5-stars to the one girl working the store by herself; but if she is all the staff available this evening then should definitely have shut down walk-in online carry-out orders so she could stay focused on just filling orders. I feel for her, and while I understand people being justifiably upset from waiting over an hour … I appreciate her doing her best, taking it in stride, and not walking out.
Terrible Customer Service, employee was extremely rude and insulting. I would recommend any other Dominos in Omaha. If they talk to customers with such disrespect and insults how well do you think they respect your food?
